This strategic change, encompassing vocational courses, aims to equip students to better meet the demands of the modern age. According to the chronological transition schedule determined by the Ministry, the changes will be implemented as follows:
* Starting in 2026: The courses Tafsir (Quranic Exegesis), Oratory, and Vocational Practice taught in 11th grade will be presented to students with updated content.
* In the 2027-2028 academic year: 12th-grade students will take Kalam (Islamic Theology) and History of Religions courses with a completely renewed, modern curriculum.
* Gradual Transition Process: The major changes in the Quran and Basic Religious Knowledge courses will begin in 9th grade and gradually spread to all high school grades.
New Textbooks on the Way: To ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum reform, the Ministry of National Education has begun preparing new textbooks and digital content. The materials for the renewed courses will be ready for the academic year according to the determined schedule.
